Q: Can I book my own flights?

Yes, absolutely. If you are booking your own flights, the flight credit will be removed from your package cost, and you will only be charged for the land package. Please note that if you have booked your own flights and want a refund, unfortunately, this request cannot be honoured.

Q: You are attending the incentive on your own and would like your own cabin and hotel room. What is the cost?

All accommodation is based on twin share. A single supplement fee of AUD $11,500.00 / USD $7,300.00 will apply. As we have limited availability on the ship and at the hotel in Barcelona, this request is subject to availability.

Q: If I can no longer attend, will there be any costs involved to cancel?

Should you need to cancel your registration, please find below the cancellation policy applicable to all registration types

  • Any Pre/Post travel arrangements that have been ticketed and paid will incur a 100% cancellation fee at any time leading up to the event

1st March – 30th April 2025 – 50% Cancellation:

  • Cancellations received between 1st March–30th April 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the entire program cost, totalling AUD $8,375.00 per person / USD $6,000.00 per person

1st May 2025 – Full Cancellation:

  • Cancellations from 1st May 2025 onwards will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the entire program, totalling AUD $16,750.00 per person / USD $12,000.00 per person
  • All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the Brickworks Event Concierge Team at brickworksluxury@wearemci.com
