Pre and/or post travel extensions are permitted on Emirates group flights. Any changes to the group flights listed above will incur an airline split fee of AUD $250 per person along with any difference in fare and airline taxes.

All group airfares are economy class tickets.

Please note: If you are wanting to book exit row seating you must meet the following safety criteria:

• Be able to read and understand English instructions related to emergency evacuation provided in printed or graphic form and be able to understand oral crew commands.
• Be fully able-bodied and capable to identify, reach and operate the exit doors in the event of an emergency.
• Be able to speak well enough to adequately impart information orally to other customers.
• Be able and willing to assist the crew and other customers in the evacuation of the aircraft.
• Not be using medical equipment, an extension seat belt nor requiring any assistance due to reduced mobility.

Extra Legroom seats may be re-assigned before or during the journey without any refund if passengers do not meet any of the above safety criteria.

Every effort will be made to allocate your preferred seating reference as per your frequent flyer details if supplied during registration, however, your seating preference is not guaranteed until you check-in at the airport.

Emirates – Skywards Frequent Flyer Programme

This is free to join and can earn points based on Skyward Saver miles. Important to note you cannot transfer points between Skywards & Qantas frequent flyer programmes

As of 25th March 2018, Qantas is no longer affiliated with Emirates. Which means you will not be able to use your Qantas Frequent Flyer Points to upgrade on these flights.

Checked Allowance: 30kg of luggage (this can be in two suitcases as long as the total combined weight does not exceed 30kg)

Checked Allowance: 40kg of luggage (this can be in two suitcases as long as the total combined weight does not exceed 40kg)

Carry-On Allowance: One piece not exceeding 55 x 38 x 20cm and no heavier than 7kg

Checked Allowance: 50kg of luggage (this can be in two suitcases as long as the total combined weight does not exceed 50kg)

Carry-On Allowance: One piece not exceeding 55 x 38 x 20cm and no heavier than 7kg

Participants on the Brickworks Luxury Incentive will be required to organise their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend organising travel insurance for the duration of your travels. To minimise the risk of unforeseen cancellation cost we recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking your flights.
